45 Years Later

.
My father served in the RCAF, so, as a kid and a teenager I lived on a number of radar stations throughout Canada. From 1962 to 1964 our family lived at RCAF Station St. Margarets in New Brunswick. When we left I was 17 and within a year had joined the Royal Canadian Navy. I lost contact with most of the friends I had from St Margarets. Recently, through the internet, I have managed to find a few of them.

Last week I was in Calgary and had a game of golf with one of those old St. Margarets buddies, Gary Koroluk. It has been 45 years since we last met and we had a lot of catching up to do. It was a very enjoyable afternoon. Gary is now a Professor at Mount Royal University and very accomplished. His bio is found at this link:

Anyway, it was great to see him again and here is a picture of us now and how we looked back in 1964.
