Many of my friends know that I am a bit of computer geek and that I do work with Adobe Photoshop to edit images. Every now and then I get asked to see what I can do to fix up old photos which I love to do. I love the challenge. In many cases, these photos are in bad shape and, not being a professional, I am limited in what I can do to repair them. However, sometimes I get high quality images which only require minor work to clear up dust and scratches. The picture below of a woman named Florence Morton was one of them.
Florence MortonI don't know a lot about Florence other than she was from Maine and was born around 1888. She married into my wife's Zwicker family. What struck me about Florence was her beauty and her serene expression. It is a beautiful picture of a beautiful woman. I wonder what became of her.
